Returns a list of movement apps that can be installed in the current workspace.

The list can be filtered to only show apps from a specific product line (e.g. DXAPI) by providing the product ID. If no product ID is provided, all installable apps are returned.

Apps are only returned if the current user has permission to install them in the workspace. Apps are installable if they are "production" apps, and are either publically installable (which requires approval from MIG admins) or exist within your own workspace.
