This will reset the API Key secret for the specified API Key, invalidating the previous secret.
A notification will be sent to the app owner to inform them a new secret is available.
The new secret will be retrievable by you through the Get Interactions API Key Secret endpoint, or
by the source app owner through the movement apps API key endpoint.
