FAQ: Sending to DDx Exchange
FAQs: Connecting to DDx Exchange App
Why should I create a new integration up for transferring data to the Exchange
The Dataset Exchange API (DXAPI) integration with the Exchange allows secure and reliable data transfers to the DDx Exchange. The DXAPI is a product of DDx!
What will happen with my data?
Your data will be moved via the Dataset Exchange API to the Exchange where it will be processed and delivered to an Exchange database. Data is then further processed and normalized and credits are given to clients.
How much time will it take for my data to get to the Exchange?
Any new data delivered via API or uploaded to a DDx API-provisioned bucket is immediately delivered to the Exchange and normalized.
How will I receive data from DDx?
When you would like to receive data from DDx, inform your DDx Client Success Representative and either set up BigQuery as your data destination or submit your credentials to the DDx API Console under "Receive Files from DDx". You can find more information about these options in our guide for receiving data from DDx
How will I know if a data transfer is successful?
If the data transfer job was successful, you will be notified and your credits will be updated in your DDx account. Over time, DDx API may offer additional notifications and alerts for data delivery.
Who can I contact if I have questions about using the Dataset Exchange API to transfer data into DDx?
Contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns regarding your data transfer process or DDx API use. For any questions regarding your DDx membership or credits use, please continue to contact your DDx Client Services Representative at [email protected].
